Holiday Pricing:
Events scheduled on major holidays are subject to an additional fee starting at 20%. If your date falls on one of the holidays listed below, just let us know when inquiring so we can confirm availability and pricing:

Easter • Derby Week • 4th of July • Thanksgiving • Christmas • New Year’s Day • New Year’s Eve

Deposit

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required within 14 days of signing the contract. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

Security Deposit

A refundable $1,000 security deposit is due 90 days prior to your event. Following the event, the deposit will be returned within 15 business days, provided the space is left in good condition and no additional charges apply.
